The purpose of the “Well” is to create a S.P.A.C.E in which individuals can share their leadership wisdom to inspire, motivate and encourage each other to courageously address critical equity leadership challenges on their equity path of purpose.
The “Well” is also designed for leaders to share how they effectively address Equity Leadership challenges, understand the balancing of benefits and burdens, and develop and implement an Equity people-centered equity strategy. The Equity Strategy utilizes the innovation of teams, and meets the needs of the client and the community.
